TEMP 95 high performance temperature controller for the most common temperature range of 10 - 95°C featuring a submerged & highly efficient multistage non leaking pump.

The TEMP 95 series is widely sold for most injection moulding applications. This series features a submersed multi-stage pump inside the tank so it can never leak. Controls are microprocessor based and include error codes, display for actual and set temperatures, 7-day calendar for programmed start up and audio/visual alarms for malfunctions. A leakstopper is available and if fitted to the TEMP can be engaged in seconds to eliminate a sudden leak in a mould. This series can be supplied in heating capacities 9kW to 24kW and with a range of cooling capacities.

Like all TEMP models the 95 series can be connected electronically to the controls of your injection-moulding machine so the settings for the TEMP can be recorded in the setup data for moulding job and then downloaded each time that job is run.

• Boe-therm TEMP series uses Boe-Therm's own multi stage submerged pumps which require no seals or bearings so can never leak.
• The microprocessor control includes error codes, start-up calendar, and large digit indication for set and actual temperature.
• The optional leakstopper uses a venturi system to create a strong vacuum to stop even large leaks and the same system functions as a mould drain to empty moulds before removal from the machine for storage.
• Connect your new TEMP directly to the controls of your moulding machine. This allows you to download and retrieve data directly from the moulding machine controller and also store set-up data for the TEMP together with moulding set-up data for the moulding job.
