TEMP 350 high performance temperature controller using oil as the circulating medium up to 350°C, featuring an expansion tank and submerged multistage non leaking pump.

The TEMP 350 series is intended for those extra high heat applications such as specialized engineering plastics. This model will maintain mould temperatures up to 350ºC using oil as the circulating medium and is available with heating capacities up to 36kW. Cooling is by internal heat exchanger. The pump is a multi stage fully submerged unit that can never leak. Controls are microprocessor based and include error codes, display of actual and set temperatures, 7-day calendar for programmed start up and audio/visual alarms for malfunctions. A leakstopper is available and if fitted can be engaged in seconds to eliminate a sudden leak in a mould. The TEMP 350 can be connected electronically to the controls of your injection moulding machine so the settings for the TEMP can be recorded in the setup data for the moulding job and then downloaded each time that job is run.

• The optional leakstopper uses a venture system to create a strong vacuum to stop even large leaks and the same system functions as a mould drain to empty moulds before removal from the machine for storage.
• Connect your new TEMP directly to the controls of your moulding machine. This allows you to download and retrieve data directly from the moulding machine controller and also store set-up data for the TEMP together with moulding set-up data for the moulding job.
