Manual Couplers

With the EAS standard range of manual multi couplers you can connect 6 or 12 mono water or air connections. Two different coupler sizes are available as well as different hose connections like a straight nipple or an elbow.a

A parking station enables the user to "park" the machine side of the multi coupler during the time the multi coupler will be disconnected. This will keep the couplers clean and without damage. Combinations of water, air, hydraulic or electric connectors can be designed for your typical application.

For water and air EAS offer the sizes 6 (1/4") till 37 (1 1/2") with flows from 25 l/min. till 900 l/min. for maximum pressures of 30 bar and a temperature range of 5 - 120 °C.

For hydraulics EAS offer the sizes 6 ( 1/4") till 37 (1 1/2") with flows from 25 l/min. till 1000 l/min. for pressure ranges up to 350 bar.

For electric connections EAS offer a wide range of electric connectors, which are used in multi couplers. The range starts with 3 pin connections for max 100 Amp and 550 Volt up to 37 pin connections for 16 Amp and 250 Volt.
