Powder feeder that dismantles easily for quick clean out

Manufactured in Denmark the Color Exact Powder Feeder is now a standard in many of Australia's leading plastics plants. Known for unbeaten shot to shot accuracy the Color Exact offers molders a user-friendly dosing unit with proven reliability.

Color Exact PF for injection moulders uses a sophisticated 45w brushless step motor that has infinite stepped control. Most traditional units use a DC motor that ramp up and down at start up (at signal from the IMM) which causes dosing inconsistencies. Manual setting of the metering speed and a built-in timer to set the metering time deliveries the same dose cycle to cycle meaning changes in screw back pressure will not affect accuracy.

The 4ltr material hopper is made in stainless steel and is equipped with an agitator.

The new NP-2 "quick change" neckpiece allows operators to remove the Color Exact dosing unit from the machthroat without risk of material spillage or time consuming purging of the main hopper for quick colour change or chanirepsoitioning to a different machine.
