Labotek's DFD desiccant flexible dryer, simultaneously drying of one or more hygroscopic raw materials & non hygroscopic raw materials at medium to large capacities.

Drying of polymer raw materials is crucial in the manufacturing of a high quality product. Labotek´s drying equipment is focused on ensuring the highest level of reliability, consistency, simplicity, flexibility and energy conservation. Labotek manufactures a wide range of desiccant drying systems, dependent on the product being dried.

Our comprehensive range of DFD desiccant drying units starts from 100m3/h and extends up to 8500 m3/h. Labotek DH Drying hoppers are sized from 15 litres up to 10,000 litres, with 50 mm insulation, individual heating elements and temperature regulators which combine to minimise heat loss and give extremely accurate temperature control. Labotek´s DH drying hoppers can be fitted with an easily removable vacuum catch-box with up to 5 outlets enabling each drying hopper to feed dried material to several processing machines simultaneously. Each drying hopper can also be fitted with a remote-controlled slide valve, for fully automated emptying of the individual DH hopper.

Labotek offers premium solutions in polymer drying, either as single drying units or large centralised drying system solutions.
