Pharmaceuticals -  

Pharmaceutical products must meet the strictest of standards and are subject to rigorous quality assurance procedures at various stages throughout the production process. This includes the inspection of incoming raw materials right through to inspection of the packed end product.

In the textile industry S+S systems prevent not only damage to processing equipment (carding machines, calander rollers, cutters etc) but also the formation of sparks. They also protect consumers from injury.

S+S separation and sorting systems play a pivotal role in ensuring that recycled materials can be incorporated in the production cycle and reprocessed: In the glass recycling and PET industries recycling rates of up to 100% are achieved. Using S+S systems in the manufacture of chipboard enables the level of recycled wood used to increase to over 70%.

In wood processing and the manufacture of chipboard S+S systems protect production equipment (milling machines, calanders, presses etc) and at the same time they prevent the buildup of sparks. They also considerably improve quality of the end product.
