Metal Detection for extruders, injection moulding and blow moulding machines for standing or slow moving columns of bulk material

MFE metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from standing or slow-moving columns of bulk material. They are installed directly above the material inlet of extruders, injection moulding or blow moulding machines.

Contaminated material is removed into a reject container by means of a pneumatically operated separating slide.
