Adjustable, 2-Way Proportioning Valve for Hopper Loaders providing non critical proportional blending of two materials

Installed directly onto the material inlet of Labotek or similar type of vacuum hopper loader. The RS2000 control is equipped with two channels on which the opening is individually adjustable on two digital timers. The channels will open and close respectively, where by material can be conveyed in a preselected proportion. Selecting 00 on either of the two thumbwheels will allow conveying 100% of one material. Proportional loading creates a layering affect in the hopper loader. When the hopper loader discharges a limited mixing effect is achieved as the layered material flows into the machine hopper or other.

As an option the RS2000 can be equipped with a special control allowing it to be used as a selector valve. Available with 32mm, 38mm & 50mm inlet diameters.
