Tote Stacking System

DynaCon Modular Conveyor systems offers an automatic tote dispenser that provides a quick and economical way to fill totes with the desired quantity of parts.  Utilizing reusable totes instead of boxes has a positive effect on the environment and reduces manufacturing costs.

Requiring only 120 VAC and compressed air, the DynaCon Modular Conveyor Tote Stacking System can be put in place in minutes.  Available in nearly 200 models, the Tote Stacking System can dispense stack only, stack and nest, and attached lid totes.  The fill can be determined by counting machine cycles, time, counting the parts, tote fill level sensing, or electronic scale weight or weigh counting with the DynaCon Parts Filling System.

Standard equipment includes a predetermining counter, low tote supply sensing, 2" casters, a count input sensor, and Allen-Bradley PLC control.
