High Speed Conveyor

DynaCon modular conveyors are available in higher speeds, up to 60m per minute, for high through-put applications.  The energy efficient variable speed motor allows conveyors from 100mm - 1,800mm wide to operate at speeds from 5.5 - 60m per minute.

Split Belt Conveyor

The DynaCon Split Belt Conveyor accommodates products for both top and bottom exposure.  Top and bottom exposure can be used for viewing, labeling, printing or bar code reading as product moves along the conveyor. Using one piece of equipment that conveys and allows bottom exposure saves money by removing the need for a second piece of equipment.  DynaCon Split Conveyors are available in all standard widths and lengths.

Radius Turn Conveyor

DynaCon Custom radius turn modules feature plastic ribbed sides that flex to make the required lateral turns (45, 90 or 180 degrees). Radius turn modules easily connect to standard modules, including incline/decline modules, for one conveyor with continuous belt flow.  Radius turn conveyors are easily configured and reconfigured.

Cooling Conveyor

Clear covers easily attach to conveyor modules to form two air cooling options -- factory installed fans provide ambient cooled air (overhead or internally mounted) or customer provided chilled air.  Mesh style plastic conveyor belting allows the air to reach the parts while providing a safe cooling conveyor solution.

Water Bath Conveyor

Parts can be cooled with water by submerging the DynaCon conveyor into a water bath tank. All components are plastic or stainless steel making the DynaCon water cooling conveyor ideal for water bath applications such as die casting and heavy wall thickness injection moulding.

• Light weight designs allows operators to easily remove from bath for maintenance or water change

Clean Room Conveyors

The DynaCon clean room conveyor system are made of plastic modules which make them lightweight and easy to move and clean. The conveyor systems require no lubrication and include a maintenance-free, brushless dc motor, which produces no motor emissions. DynaCon conveyors also feature dust-free polypropylene rods as the hinge-pins for the polypropylene conveyor belt.

Internal Metal Detection Conveyors

The DynaCon internal metal detection conveyor provides reliable detection of all metals including steel, aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel. The metal detection coil is integrated into a standard module in widths ranging from 100 to 800mm and can replace an existing module or be added to any new DynaCon conveyor.

Tunnel Metal Detection Conveyors

DynaCon Tunnel Metal Detection conveyors use S+S DLS tunnel detectors and are equipped with digital technology, used for inspecting bulk materials or individually packaged product

DLS metal detection systems detect all ferrous and non-ferrous metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc ), even those which may be contained in the product. If metal is detected a signal is sent to the conveyor controller to stop and alarm.
