Manufactured in Denmark the Color Exact is now a standard in many of Australia's leading plastics plants. Known for unbeaten shot to shot accuracy the Color Exact offers molders a user-friendly dosing unit with proven reliability.

Color Exact for extrusion lines employs the latest AC motor technology with a 100Hz motor and invertors that ensures stable screw rotation down to 1 rpm. In synchronous mode the Color Exact will slave to your extruder for automatic speed compensation. A viewing panel to confirm screw rotation and material level is standard.

The new NP-2 "quick change" neckpiece allows operators to remove the Color Exact dosing unit from the machthroat without risk of material spillage or time consuming purging of the main hopper for quick colour change or chanirepsoitioning to a different machine.
